Outstanding customer service. My wife and I ordered late afternoon from Florida and were truly amazed at how easy it was. We were very impressed with the floral arrangement. Adriana was so courteous, wonderful and professional. Great all around experience. We even recieved a phone call along with a picture of our order prior to same day delivery.

I bought a graduation flowers in here.
I was a bit disappointed.
I had to take it the next day 
So I said to florist my situation.
But the flowers had withered the next day.
And the wrap was the worst.
The wrap was just transparent bag and ribbon.
That's all.

I live out of town and ordered an arrangement last minute through Flower Connection, to be delivered to a family friend for Christmas. Customer service was great. I received a picture of item by text, it was beautiful and at a reasonable price. 
The person who received it loved it as well.

I called in on the last minute I had to arrive to my job and didn't had time to stop by and drop this  beautiful flowers to my Sister I googled the place called in and it was busy I called in second time and they did answer me. My sister was off her shift at 2:30PM and I called at 1:00PM flowers were perfectly delivered to her on time at 1:30PM. My sister posted a picture on Facebook about this Gorgeous red dozen roses and big happy mother's day baloom. Adriana you answer me the phone had the greatest customer service experience.  Customer from now on defenetely. Great job!
