If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered flowers for a dear friends graduation 4 days in advance. The next day I received a call that my credit card information needed to be verified. I spoke with Emani, who did the verification and told me I was "good to go". Now, 3 days later, the flowers are supposed to arrive and I get an email saying my order was cancelled due to my credit card information not being verified!! I stayed on hold for 40 minutes to try and get a hold of someone, and who do I speak with... Emani! She tells me she has no notes of our conversation. Funny since I had specifically written down her name and reference number of the previous conversation. She tells me there is nothing they can do, the flowers will not be out today, and the best they can do would be to give me a gift card for my next order. The fact that she even thinks I would use their company again is insulting, so I told her a gift card would be unnecessary. And to top it all off, she hung up on me! This is definitely not the company you want to do business with. It'd spend the extra few dollars in the future to go with someone reputable like ProFlowers or 1-800-Flowers. At least they don't mess up orders and have incompetent employees.
