We placed an order of flowers for a recovering surgical friend on a Wednesday morning to be delivered in the next 24hrs six blocks from their establishment. The flowers were never delivered, we did not receive a courtesy phone call. I called their shop and was told to check my email. Poor response to a failure in customer service. Plenty of other options in the area and we are a family that believes in helping the small family businesses.

Looking forward to this Valentine's Day and getting my beautiful self love all about me bouquet. If you are looking for creative and artistic designs with that small shop feel, Windys is your place. Great family owned business and amazing customer service. Every year they remember who I am and every year they deliver. Thanks Windys!

I ordered flowers for a VERY sick friend on a Thursday to be delivered first thing Friday. I was busy with the kids all day so I did not see the e-mail they sent on Friday telling me that the arrangement I ordered was not available and would I want any other color of gerber daisies. I called and called and nobody ever answered...it eventually went to fax signal. So I sent an e-mail....just send whatever you have and do it asap. Long story short Monday afternoon came and the flowers still weren't delivered and when I got upset (since the recipient is not long for this world) they cancelled the order and told me to go somewhere else.
