Our uncle died on a Friday. By the time we got ourselves together to order flowers, most florists we'd done business with in the past were closed and the ones we got couldn't guarantee delivery before the first visitation. I found Flower Express online and called them. We ordered a basket of mixed cut flowers and crossed our fingers, hoping it would turn out OK. We were emailed a receipt and then emailed a confirmation when the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home. When we got there for the first hour of visitation, our arrangement was set up right in the place of honor on a big round table across from the casket, I think because it was so beautiful. We couldn't be any more thrilled about how the flowers turned out and about the delivery of the tribute. The young lady we spoke to on the phone got the order perfect and even all the details of the message for our card attached to the flowers. Her name is Shannon. Folks always complain when things don't go well. I wanted to be sure to praise when praise is due!

* ATTENTION * VALENTINE'S DAY 2017 - PRICE GOUGING DON'T ORDER VALENTINE'S HERE - THEY'RE TOO BUSY | $75.00 Minimum Product + EXTRA $15 CHARGE for delivery = ~$100.00 Minimum out-of-pocket. I've spent hundreds of dollars with this business at their Goodlettsville location. That stopped today. FAIL

Ive ordered from other places and im so happy i found you guys!!!!! This will be my go to florist from here on out...They did a great job thank you so much and was delivered on time!

Worked with Katie and she did an awesome job! I called that morning and wanted them delivered to the spouse before EOB the same day. She made it happen within a few hours and with a beautiful arrangement. Their prices were better than anyone I had found in the nearby area online. Will use them again in the future.
