My husband sent me flowers to work. The flowers had brown spots and 4 out of the 12 were already wilting. Everyone at my work place was commenting on the way they looked. I tried to call and just very politely talk to the owner and she became very aggressive very quickly. I have never been talked to that way. Not only did I receive bad flowers i was treated so disrespectful on the phone.  I received bad flowers and bad service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Our church uses Ruths flowers for a long time now and they are the sweetest nicest people in the world they make it easy to order and very helpful there is one person there I don't know their name but when I would call that person knew who I was we call ourselves my friend from Friendship . To me they are the best number 1 flower shop oh by the way my momma used the same flower shop when she ordered back in the 80 that's how great they are we love you Ruth Flowers !!!!!

Called from out of town to order flowers for my sister's birthday she sent me a picture of them and I was so happy they are beautiful and lush. When they tried to deliver them my sister wasn't home the gentleman went out of his way and delivered them after work that is wonderful customer service.  Thank you so much.

On the recommendation of a friend, I tried Ruth's Florist. I had the best looking and updated arrangement at my relative's funeral. That was 9 months ago and I've only used Ruth's since. I wish there was a website, but they are so accommodating on the phone it isn't necessary.

Best flower shop around!! Great customer service and the quality is far superior to any other florist around.
