Received a beautiful hydrangea arrangement from my sister in law, but unfortunately half of the bouquet died within 2 days. I contacted Nashville florist to let them know and, without hesitation, they kindly offered to send me a new (and bigger!) arrangement to replace them. Excellent customer service, thank you!

Super impressed with this florist! Tracy went above and beyond,  making an amazing gift basket to impress everyone who saw it!!!  Highly recommend for your gift/floral needs. Great attention and thoughtfulness to detail!

The workers here are fantastic!!!! Very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful flowers, beautiful arrangements! This place is the best!

I ordered a very special arrangement for a funeral and paid $275. It looked nothing like the picture and they used wilted flowers and lots of ribbon for filler. To make it worse the owner was very unconcerned and was rude.
