If it was possible to give this place a negative 100, I would. I paid 100 dollars for a bouquet of flowers and they looked like a 30 dollar bouquet from Kroger!!!!!! they are extremely rude and have zero professionalism. Zero customer service..  not to mention the flowers looked brown and half dead. I'm extremely embarrassed considering the person they got delivered to was someone important to me.

I never write reviews but Renee's florists deserve to go the extra mile and take time to thank her for going the extra mile and making my big day better than what I dreamed of. A review is not enough to thank Renee for the amazing work she did at my wedding. My wedding was in Toledo, Ohio in October of 2017. I met with various florists in the surrounding areas in Toledo, Cleveland, and Michigan with no luck because of inflexibility and exaggeration in cost. When I met with Renee the first time, I knew she would do amazing work at my wedding and she did not disappoint, on the contrary, she delivered above and beyond. Renee's florist TRULY The best florist you could ask for your big day. A BIG THANK YOU to Hala for everything she did. My bouquet was gorgeous and elegant. Church decoration was amazing. The reception was out of the world. Staff personality and flexibility 5+ stars hands down. :)
