They were so very helpful! I had a funeral in a few hours, but they made sure the flowers were delivered! We got 2 beautiful arrangements!  I highly recommend this establishment!  Thanks Flower Patch!

The Flower Patch sends spam every 2 or 3 days.  It refuses to remove email addresses from its mailing list.  I encourage you to avoid this establishment.

While placing a phone order, I gave Flower Patch my email address so I could get a receipt of my purchase.  Now, it sends me email every 2 or 3 days.  I have asked Flower Patch to stop sending email to me several time, but it refuses to do so.  In fact, Flower Patch wrote the following to me:  "I will add a note to your info so we do not take any future orders from you."  Isn't that funny?  They have the arrogance to think that I would want to do business with them in the future.

I encourage you to avoid this establishment.  My experience was with the Flower Patch in Bountiful.  I worry that all franchises treat customers poorly so I am sharing it at this store:  Flower Patch, 1595 W 9000 S, West Jordan, UT 84088.

Went to the flower patch on 90th south. WOW amazing ladies that work in there. Last minute flower buying for my wedding and they made magic happen. Thank you so very much.

Absolutley disgusting service. They ruined valentines day and made no attempt to fix the issue. If you want a great reliable florist call Perfect Arrangements. They ended up saving the day by taking my order at 5:30 that night and delivering same day! This was after flower patch failed at every turn.
