Bought a corsage bracelet here. As my son and his girlfriend walked into the school dance a rose fell out of the bracelet before the dance had even started. How embarrassing for him. By the time the dance was over another 2 roses had fallen out. My son brought it back to me after the dance, I took it apart to see how it was put together and it was just hot glued! I read a special floral glue should be used for gluing flowers or flowers won't stay glued. Not to mention it was expensive!

My boyfriend bought me an absolutely amazing flower arrangement for Valentine's Day. You could tell he spent a pretty penny on them. 3 days into it my roses were almost dead. We took them into the Ft. Union location (where they were bought) and the girl there replaced all the roses and gave me an extra rose with extra Lilly's. Point being, they know how to take care of their customers. Would reccomend them to ANYONE :)

There were not enough ideas or flowers to make a nice bouquet. The staff was too busy to acknowledge me even though i was the only customer. I had to collect my own flowers & wanted ideas & guidance to pull something nice together. Also the prices per flower was insane!!! It would have been nice to know that i needed fillers in order to make the bouquet look complete. I ended up buying what i felt was a horrible bouque & spent money basically on what i could have picked at my moms house & done a better job for my brothers Birthday he was 10 years old!!! I let them know all of this!! Would i suggest them to my friends & family? Absolutely NOT!!   I spent $60.00 there & my  flowers looked like a 2 year old  made it. I was embarrassed to take them to the cemetary with my family & extended family there....

The Flower Patch sends spam every 2 or 3 days.  It refuses to remove email addresses from its mailing list.  I encourage you to avoid this establishment.

While placing a phone order, I gave Flower Patch my email address so I could get a receipt of my purchase.  Now, it sends me email every 2 or 3 days.  I have asked Flower Patch to stop sending email to me several time, but it refuses to do so.  In fact, Flower Patch wrote the following to me:  "I will add a note to your info so we do not take any future orders from you."  Isn't that funny?  They have the arrogance to think that I would want to do business with them in the future.

I encourage you to avoid this establishment.  My experience was with the Flower Patch in Bountiful.  I worry that all franchises treat customers poorly so I am sharing it at this store:  7205 900 E, Midvale, UT 84047
