I posted a review to their Facebook page but I'm sure it will be deleted soon. They don't have any bad reviews on Facebook for some reason but you can check google and yelp and find quite a few! Wonder why??? Well they can't delete this! My husband and I have been married for 23yrs, together for 26 so needless to say I have received many bouquets of flowers from him. I have worked in different cities so he has tried several floral shops over the years and I have to say this Valentine arrangement was by far the worst one I have ever received! Thursday morning, day after Valentines, petals were already falling off the roses. The very small bouquet cost as much as the huge arrangements I have received in the past and those always lasted at LEAST a week before petals were falling off! I have pictures I wish I could post. The flowers have brown spots on them. I'm sorry but Valentines is like the Super Bowl for floral shops and they prepare for this but apparently this shop doesn't care what they deliver. My husband was looking for a shop close to my new office to use from now on and you can bet they just lost out on a lot of business!!

Don't buy from this florist: they are unprofessional and dishonest! An expensive orchid was ordered for me as a gift. It arrived in a pot that was very tight on the top, so that the plant's roots couldn't breathe. I could tell that it had been overwatered, but couldn't rescue it because of the pot's shape, and after a week it was dying. The florist offered to exchange it when the next shipment arrived, so I returned the dying plant. She specifically said that the grower delivers the plants in the ornamental pots, and they never repot any of them. A week later an employee called to tell me a new orchid had arrived, and this time they weren't going to repot it, but leave it in the original one. This was the 2nd time I caught them in a lie; the other was about how often/much they water the orchids. In the end she delivered a $10 orchid in the original pot from BROOKSHIRES.

Excellent Florist A great man named Joe P. Allen passed away and I needed something that showed respect, admiration and that spoke to the exemplary manner in which he lived his life. Sylvia understood the personal importance that this meant to me, and took the appropriate measures to meet the objectives. I am appreciative of her personal efforts, and highly recommend this florist if quality matters to you.

SO WISH I could post a photograph of what was ordered, what we were charged, and what was delivered. Will NEVER use ANY SORT of web service if it has ANY CHANCE of coming from this florist. EVERY TIME what was ordered and what was delivered were two disgustingly different things. If I want to pay $89 for flowers that look like they were pulled out of the water bucket at the supermarket and plopped haphazardly into a vase, I will try this florist again... if I want a quality floral arrangement, I will be sure to personally contact another local florist to have a fighting chance of getting what I want. FTD has PERMANENTLY lost my business, regardless of them offering percentages off and monetary vouchers simply because IT REALLY WAS THAT BAD!!!
