I have ordered from Flowers By Christophers several times over the years and have been happy with the arrangements. However, I have ordered 3 arrangements from November of 2016 through April of 2017 and have been disappointed in each of the three arrangements. Skimpy on the flowers and substituting inferior flowers, even on a $165 funeral Spray. Very disappointed.

I called this florist from a few states away to make my mother in law a birthday bouquet. I had checked reviews of local companies and they had good reviews so I chose them. I had looked at the Telefloral examples online but decided to ask them to make something up. BIG MISTAKE. I told them I wanted flowers that smelled good and specifically asked for lilies. I said I wanted to spend between 45 and 50 doll ars and they had to add taxes and a 10 dollar delivery fee. My mother in law got the flowers and she sent me a picture. She said they were "beautiful" She would say that no matter what. The florist did put a stem of lilies in and the rest was the cheapest flowers they could possibly use both in quality and color. It looked like the cheep dyed daisy and carnation flowers you see at the grocery store. There were no roses or any other interesting flowers plus the bouquet was flat. I could have done a better arrangement. I called to complain and asked for a credit for part of the purchase and the woman said no. The only thing they could do was to get the bouquet and give my mother in law a new one. I told them in no way did I want my mother in law bothered or brought into this. If she had just said she'd credit me for delivery charges I would have been happy but she wanted to argue with me. Buyer beware. Take the good reviews with a grain of salt.

I would give 10 stars! Angela is amazing & represented the company well. She complimented the Floral Designer multiple times while providing the best Customer Service I have experienced in long time. My family appreciates all that you are doing to make this a wonderful Birthday for our Mom & Grandma!

This isn't an ordinary florist. I have dealt with them in weddings, funerals, baptisms, proms, and just a random thought to send a silly something to someone. (I love is the best.) The best part is every time I call my situation is theirs - they take it to heart and don't just do a job they make memories and really isn't that all that matters? They will be with you all the way and never miss a step, always with a smile even on the toughest days. I used another local florist, against my better judgment, one time and it was a disaster - they forgot to make the delivery to a child. I called Flowers by Christophers and without hesitation in her voice, "It will be there today - don't worry." Expertise, Quality, Service, and Price there is no better place to go. They have been part of our family for a very long time and all I can say is, "Thanks a Bunch!"
