Arrangement that was delivered was not like the photo on their website. When I phoned in the order, I told the woman that I liked the photo of the arrangement. At that time, she never mentioned that they would substutute white flowers and candles instead of red (which were so pretty in the photo). When I called her after the flowers were delivered, she was very indifferent and said that that's what they do. So much for customer satisfaction. Also, the arrangement was not as full as in the photo and definitely NOT worth the price that I paid. I will never order from them again.

Wonderful place, great service! Hands-down best florist in the area & the owner really cares about what they produce. Amazing & intoxicating smell inside!

Just had Mike and the team at Griswold's Flowers provide all the flowers for my daughter's wedding. We could not believe the quality and quantity for the price. My wife repeatedly stated that it was much more than she expected. I agree and most of all every guest and especially "Our Princess" loved them. Please note that this is an unsolicited testimonial from a very discriminating individual. We have already hired Griswold's for my nieces wedding in four months. Rick Bates
