Cute a button flower shop with a passionate owner who can make anything you want happen!  Will not disappoint! 
The best part? It's a local business that's so reasonably priced and offers unique arrangements.  Can't recommend enough.

Gorgeous and unique creations. The owner has an amazing way with flowers and creates the most beautiful designs. If you want excellent service and a personalized touch this is the place to go! Highly recommend.

I love this little flower shop! I can stop in for a special gift or just something little to brighten my spirits and there's always the perfect flower available! The owner has a gift for making the ordinary extraordinary, and she'll brighten your day just as much as the flowers do!

Quaint little shop in downtown Elmira with exceptional friendly service.  Very artistic and creative with floral arrangements.  I highly recommend The Window Box.  We need more shops like this in our downtown core.
