Best service ever. I tried an online florist who promised to deliver same day guaranteed. They send me an email later on saying they could not deliver this day but would bring it tomorrow. What good is that? It's an anniversary today... I call Randolph and he drives 12 miles (after his store is closed) to bring a bouquet to me where I work, so I could have the flowers with me when I get off work. Would not take a tip, would not charge me a delivery charge. Told me to call the next day with my credit card info. Unbelievable!! Excellent flowers excellent service.

Flowers by Randolph did a beautiful job on my mom's funeral flowers. Bright beautiful arrangements. Thanks so much, our entire family loved the flowers.

Unbelievable service! We had a mix up with our delivery. I called. Patrick said, "Let me take care of it!" He picked up the arrangement and returned with a new arrangement that blew us away!!! It was great to work with someone who just wanted to make things right and to take care of his customers. I can not give them enough stars for the quality of the flowers and their customer service!!

I purchased a floral arrangement that cost $54.99 plus $22.98 S&H and the flower bouquet was extremely small, and pitiful. Price Chopper does a lot better flower arrangements. They will never get my business again.

Found this shop through a google search for flowers delivery to the Rotterdam area. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and efficient with ordering, and said delivery would happen later day -- a pleasure to do business with these guys.
