I use Randolph Floral Design for all my business needs. We event planners need someone we can rely on to deliver great designs with respect to budget. Gary exceeds my expectations every time. I love working with him. He's a treasure.

The few times that I have used this service I was satisfied until recently. I am disappointed with Randolph floral shop. They did not deliver the plant I purchased for my sister in law who lost her mother. The shop claimed the plant was delivered to a neighbors house. The driver did not have an address or name of the neighbor. The company stated, they would reimburse me for the inconvenience and deliver a plant to my sister in law. As of today, 3-18-16 I have not been reimbursed and a plant was not delivered to my relative's house. As you an see, I am not a happy camper! I lost $70.75 :(

My wife and I had Randolph flowers for our wedding, and they were very impressive. Timely delivery also.
