As a rule, most people are quick to take their time to voice disappointment or lackluster service on a company or person in a retaliatory attempt. Well I am please to say that it is an absolute pleasure to take time to write a review for Flowers And Co as they not only consistently but constantly EXCEED my expectations from both a customer service standpoint and a product standpoint. I have been an avid believer in sending flowers to loved ones not only on special occasions but for the just because you are special today occasion. I have never seen flowers of this quality from an arrangement standpoint to the actual flower quality. They take the time to talk about your needs and expectations and deliver the quality every time. They have a customer for life as long as they are in business and their location can deliver the flowers. For flowers that are above spectacular every time give them a call. If you want run of the mill flowers that will look ok without the wow factor, aroma or will only last a couple of days call elsewhere or just stop by the grocery store but if you want an arrangement that truly epitomizes art and your feelings give Flowers and Co a call.

Called regarding 2 corsages I found online and wanted to order them. When I started asking about them over the phone the person that answered the phone let out an extremely loud sigh that she had to trouble herself to look at what was on their own website. I just told her not to even bother. Rude terrible customer service. After I posted this review the owner did reach out to me on the same day with an apology and offered services at no cost. I had already placed my order else where but I completely appreciate the quick response and sincere apology.

I've always liked to look at the most beautiful arrangements at funeral services to see who did them so I would know who to order from myself...that's how I discovered Flowers & Company. The most beautiful arrangements seemed to always be from them. The staff listened to very specific details when I requested very specific flowers in what I described as a contemporary, oriental styled table arrangement large enough to stand by guitars at a memorial service. Every flower I mentioned was in the arrangement and the designers created a stunning arrangement that everyone was commenting on. I also had another funeral spray sent to another funeral service, and it also was beautiful, large and showy with all of the colors I requested. When one of my loved ones passed, even the loveliest, largest plants and flower dishes that were delivered to our home following the funeral were again from Flowers and Company. During the Christmas season, I've stopped in the store and purchased decorated greenery and ornaments that were classy, elegant and simply beautiful. I highly recommend them and I intend to use them whenever I need a florist.

I have ordered flowers for years with Flowers & Company - personally and for my company. Love them. The arrangements are beautiful and the flowers are very fresh and last for days. Found that if you keep them in the refrigerator overnight they can last minimum 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Flowers and Company for your floral needs - be it birthday, welcome back, funeral, wedding or birth - they have the right choice for the occasion. You won't be disappointed.
