I can't say enough good things about Fly Away parking! We saved SO much money by long-term parking with them rather than at the airport. They even had a deal going on for $8/day valet parking. As soon as we pulled up, their courteous staff was greeting us and offering to load our bags into the shuttle. We handed them our keys to valet park, and they drove us to the airport. When we returned from our trip, we sent them a message and they were already at the airport waiting for us. We arrived back at their parking lot and our car was there, keys in the ignition and trunk opened so they could quickly and efficiently load our bags. They even had a staff member passing out water to each passenger after we stepped off the shuttle. And all of the staff had smiles and "Have a happy new year" greetings. Seriously. These guys are great.

30 minutes waiting at the airport, followed by dealing with an millennial with an attitude - FlyAway seems to be struggling with getting their operation. While the shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful, the desk person was a millennial with a bad attitude. This company needs to have a map clearly indicating where on the terminal their pick point is located and have the millennial be able to explain that information courteously and with English one can understand. I need to use them for business purposes (they charge my company 11.95/day while the same service is offered for 8.00/day for consumers) so I will review this feedback if there are any changes.

Only use these guys when we fly out of Nashville... They are the best. Have used them for several years now and am so satisfied with their service.

I had reserved a self park, but when I got there they were full so they valet parked me for the same price. It was so nice having my car right there when I got off the shuttle that I'll probably just book valet next time, so it will work out for them in the long run I'm sure. They leave your receipt and a token you use to get out of the lot on your passenger seat. Everyone I interacted with was super nice!

Excellent valet service for $6.50/day. Shuttles were quick in both directions and my car was heated up and waiting. Nice staff; highly recommended.
