Bad Business Practices/No Valet Training/Unscrupulous Intentions

I followed my gps to what I thought was Park n Fly after inputting my "vouchers" online that I purchased through Costco. Somehow I pulled into Flight Park, just before and next door. At Flight Park I handed over my vouchers to the valet asking if they honored the Costco vouchers. He takes them and says "yes, we'll take care of you". "Go to that Van and we'll get you going".... Then when I return they say "no, we have never seen those". "Don't take them". 

Terrible to tell Park n Fly customers this, stealing away their business and making customers upset...

The drivers are friendly and efficient, but overall the organization from a management standpoint is poor.  Their website is stuck in 1990, don't bother making an online reservation unless you have a printer handy because I was told by a manager that it is meaningless without the printed paper reservation. Even after asking to have my vehicle parked inside and making an online reservation it was parked outside. I'll give the other places to park a try for my weekly business trips.

We had great service for 5 years, but was billed for a car wash when I did not request it.  Manager was rude and basically hung up on me.  There are enough problems............don't need this service when there are others on the same street.

They did finally refund me $25.00 but not with a smile.

Great people, great service EVERY time!! It's not just avoiding airport parking hassles that makes it so beneficial, it's also knowing the vehicle is in a secure area! What's more: it's SO good to come back from a business trip to a clean vehicle! These people really know how to pamper their flying patrons!

I have never used this service but I am not quite sure why anyone would use outside the airport parking for extra money???
Airport long term parking in lot B or economy is only $9 a day...
