We were very pleased with our self park experience with Park 'N Fly Nashville. The shuttle drivers were cheerful and helped out with loading and unloading all of our luggage. Upon our arrival from our return flight, we were picked up within just a few minutes. We picked up our car and checked out without any issues. We'll definitely be using Park 'N Fly again for our next trip!

Great service to start, but then when I was an hour over (yeah, left on Friday night but got back an hour later on Sunday, as flights go) I was charged a whole extra day. Terrible. Won't do that again. Wish I hadn't tipped so much now. The "wash" for my car didn't even clean it.

After an airline fiasco we ended up not using our week long pass that we had prepaid for. Upon explaining this to the attendant she gave me her manager's information. To make a long story short they refunded our pass completely. I will be using PNF anytime I need to leave my car from now on. A+ customer service!

I won't fly without using this company. It takes the stress of getting to the airport away entirely and is very reasonably priced.

Go somewhere else. They will quote you a discount then not honor  the discount. When I asked about the discount they said call tomorrow and maybe they will give a refund .   Very unorganized when picking up your car .  When you try to leave after paying they didn’t give anything to open the gate so we had to go back in and inquire how to get out of gate . We’ve used many other Airport parking  and never had this problem.
