Took my car through the Flying Ace for the first time and I was impressed. The line was long and flowing into the adjacent parking lot but I decided to take my chances anyway. The car wash has two lanes of traffic that flow to the right of the building which isn't very obvious to the new customer. The automated teller transaction was fast, easy, and the automated gates did a wonderful job metering traffic and keeping the queue properly sequenced. The 180 degree turn to enter the car wash structure is tough even in smaller vehicles...if you have a truck or large van make sure you take the outside lane or you'll have a very hard time making the turn. I selected the $10 wash for my first experience. The wash itself was very thorough and my car came out overall cleaner than my average wash. The free vacuums are a nice feature; I enjoyed being able to clean the inside of my car afterwards without laying down any extra money. Overall, this place is worth a try. The prices are reasonable and the equipment performs well. As an aside, the monthly subscription washes look like a good deal and on average, it looks like it would only take a little over two washes a month to break even...not bad.

If you have issues with your sticker make sure you talk to the manager, Travis. He will make sure it gets fixed correctly! Love the free vacuums but wished the wash got my car a little better. Be prepared to do a quick wipe after exiting the drive thru as it will miss spots, especially on the back of the car. It's a great value for your money if you sign up for the monthly rates, as long as you remember to run through enough during a months time to make it worth it.

I had a membership with them and used to wash my car there. They have a very bad and strong equipment. In September, I washed my car there and I heard I strong and loud sound from the right side of my car while it was being washed there. Later at that day, I checked the car finding that the cover of the right mirror is missing. Next day I went to the car wash and wrote a report about that. Then they saw in their camera that the mirror cover was taken off from my car because of their strong and bad equipment. And they, without letting me know, took the cover in put it back in my car while I was at their office! Then, the manager told me that they put back my cover on the car and wanted me to check it with him. I checked it and found scratches on it due to how strong it was taken off because of the equipment. I told the manager about that, he said "are you serious, you want to change cover because of these scratches?" . I said "yes because it happened by your mistake". He said "we never know". They have a recorded video of the incident. Then he told me that they are going to discuss that and let me know within 2 days. I never got a response! I went to them 2 days later, the employee told me the manager is not here and we can't do anything if he's not here. And went to them 2 more times and they told me the same thing. Yet, I haven't received any call from them!! I don't recommend you to take your car to them unless you don't care about your car.

Very efficient, double/triple lane for paying feeding into the wash. All new brushes and equipment. Good way to get the salt off.

Great company! They have a military discount on their monthly plan, friendly staff, free vacuums, and even hand towels available for use sometimes. Best prices compared to other car was companies in Dayton 🙂
