The Sharonville Car Wash ALWAYS gets it right for me. We've been patronizing their establishment for years. Even since moving from that neighborhood, I still drive 20 minutes to come to get my vehicle washed and cleaned. The one time we had an incident, management promptly fixed it. Great business. Be sure to Google and download their car wash coupon!

They used to be really good at cleaning from inside but last two times I noticed that they did really bad job. Sorry to say about this place.

I always get the big wash - and they ALWAYS get the dog nose prints off the window interiors. Not an easy feat. Impressive! Thanks!

This location used to be the best car wash in the city with excellent care, service and effort. Those days are gone. The price has increased while the quality has declined sharply. Been a customer for 15 years and this is the end of the line for me. Large noticeable water spots and unattended sections of the interior are flat out ignored. The workers might be giving their best effort but it’s not reflective in the price you pay as a consumer. They also stand there with hands literally out waiting for their tip. Professional decorum apparently isn’t a part of the company’s guidelines. If you give specific requests often times it’s ignored or forgotten. They’ll adjust your seats and mirrors and not put them back where previously placed and while that seems like a persnickety complaint, it’s not. This isn’t just one poor visit, it’s been a collective of visits over the past year. I hope for their sake they can return their past quality but I won’t be a customer anymore.

They did a good job cleaning my car and they are not too expensive.
