Every single time I come in, the guy that cleans the floors and throws out trash doesn't do his job at all. I've asked supervisors for assistance and still the same guy doing the same job at 10% of his total worth. No pride in anything. Last time I specified exactly what I expected spent 25 dollars on the wash received nothing I paid for at all the windows were so streaked that I had to pull over the next night and reclean them as i had such a Haze couldn't see. So I called up there this time and it was the same routine come back and we will redo. That means a more of my already busy schedule taken and tossed out to wait for what should have been corrected by retraining the guy the last 4 or 5 times someone complained. I know young men out there that want to work and work hard to do so. I realize the issue you would have if someone had to fill in until a new hire was available but is it as bad as losing a customer who brought two or three cars in. I didn't have time to come back so I guess I'm out the 25 bucks but it will be the last time. I should say 27 bucks and change since someone robbed the change from the car.

I would give them less if I could. Unfortunately my employer has a contract with them to clean my employer's car. I would never go here on my own. I came in here today because my car was muddy. When I pointed it out to the interior guy he half hazardly wiped the driver's floor mat down and suggest I pay for a higher level wash Update: I went today and they did do a better job with my floor mats but my cup holders are untouched. I took before and after pics but are unable to post them for some reason I’m raising this from a 1 to a 3

I went there and it was not busy at all. They didn’t even vacuum my car (even though I paid for the delux wash), there was still salt debris on the outside and they left their dirty rags in my backseat! I’ve visited once before and had a great experience, but today was terrible! For $24 I at least expect to get what I pay for. I won’t be returning!

So I called and asked if they wash cars with a little rust on them. I know my wheel wells are a bit rusted on either side. The lady was nice and said that if it wasn’t bad they’d put duct tape over the rust or, if not, just hand wash it. I said all right, that sounds good. I get there and the gentleman said that he couldn’t put it through the wash because of the rust. No problem, went inside to inquire about hand wash. I was told that some employees “didn’t come in” so I could not get my car hand washed. I then asked if I could just get the inside done. She said yes, it would be $10.00, I thought “great!” And it took about fifteen minutes. When I got into my car, it looked barely touched. I guess I should have known for ten bucks it would be a half baked job. Had to go to Mike’s Car Wash afterwards to get my car washed and cleaned the inside myself.
