The people here are so nice. I really like the way I'm treated here. The food is good. I do really enjoy the baked good the most. Today I'm having breakfast; eggs, turkey bacon and whole wheat toast and coffee of course. Right now its a little weird to find parking due to construction but not there fault. Great location. One could spend the day in the area and see a lot of cool shops other great places to eat. Hope to see you here.

This place was so amazing a decade ago. First, I should note that the staff is friendly, and attentive. The food here used to be so amazing: comfort food and the most delectable desserts in town. But oh how the mighty have fallen. Tonight's choice: lukewarm coffee, and bread pudding with a "rum sauce"? Can't taste anything in the sauce. Bread pudding is ice cold in some parts, and scolding in others. Worse, the "bread" part tastes like it was stored in a fridge and absorbed other flavors from other non-desserts stored in the same fridge. Not good. I came by for a bit of nostalgia from the heyday when this place was awesome. Instead, gave them $12.50 for cold coffee and mediocre bread pudding. I think The Range Cafe is the better deal for desserts...

I came in with a migraine in hopes of getting a coffee to help with my symptoms. Justine was so helpful and sweet. The staff are always friendly and the pie and salads are delicious. This is my favorite spot to study. Thank you Flying Star on Central, I wouldn't be able to get through graduate school without you!

Decent cafe with good coffee and tea and pastry/meal choices. Reasonable prices. Large cafe with 2 independent bathrooms on the right side. Street parking only. Update: Place gets somewhat busy with a mix of people. Portion sizes of other people's food is generous.

Flying Star in general has always been a favorite! This location has the downtown vibe and ambience. The quality of food is always great here. Great location to sit and relax or grab breakfast, lunch, or late night pie - cozy and talkable. Very diverse crowd. Latest hours open of all ABQ Flying Star locations. Parking can be difficult depending on the time of day but worth the walk through downtown - perfect for window shopping or artistic stroll.
