The guy I spoke to on the phone wouldn’t help me at all and I was really nice to him (in comparison to the others they speak wth I’m sure) at the end he told me he can’t help me and hung up. I would think some money would be better than none but apparently ‘they don’t work like that’. He told me to borrow money from my parents.... I have ONE PARENT and he doesn’t even have a retirement!!! Not everyone can just borrow money from their parents. I found that insulting because I work really hard to be able to provide for myself. They suck.

I had a blemish on my credit report, paid my $190 bill and they said it would be removed.  It's still there a year later.

Trying to say that I owe them $1800+ and have my credit report jacked up with this false debt! Contacting an attorney tomorrow for this blemish that I have absolutely no clue about

They are crooks all the way.  I never received a bill when number and address next changed for two years.  Zero balance for more then three years and still open collection hurting my credit.  Wish america was eye for an eye.
