Kyle Bynum is amazing to work with! He listens to what your needs and then recommends options that will help you, without seeming like he's trying to sell you everything the company offers. It's nice to work with someone who seems like they really care.

I worked with Mary at Focus.  She listened to everything I had to say about the car and new home and came up with several options, all of which were very competitive.  She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and worked closely with me, my agent, and loan company so everything went very smoothly with my home purchase.  I had a great experience and am also very happy with my coverage.
