Friendly staff, made it very easy to find the perfect bike for me. Other places often over complicated things, or were a bit scammish, but they were very patient and took the time to show me many options, and even let me take a bike for a test ride. I now own that bike, and it works wonderfully. Great place to shop, whether you're a casual biker or one of those people that zooms down the bike lane like a rocket. And of course, it's a great place if you want to support a local business.

Couldn't be happier with the service we experienced here from Delaney! Not only did he listen to what my mother and I wanted from our bicycles, but he was able to match us immediately to bikes which caught both our eyes, and explain in rigorous detail how the bikes matched our desires. Not only that, but we were able to take the bikes out for a test ride either in the parking lot, or down the nearby trails, one of which crosses over the American River in front of Folsom Dam! We couldn't purchase the bikes on our visit, but we definitely plan on coming back to make our purchase here when we have the cargo room. Thanks Delaney!

Purchased a high-end Cervelo road bike. Very good price and excellent assistance. What REALLY impressed me, however, was as their mechanic "Sam" was getting my bike ready, cyclists coming in for flat repairs and other minor stuff were handled as nicely and quickly as I was being served. It's obvious that their business was important to this shop as well. I'm fairly new to the area and this had a BIG effect on me. I'll be back!

They were quick looking at my bike and telling me what needed to be done and what they reccomended to be done . Quick turn around seeing as I came in close to closing on a Sunday they told me that it would be ready within 48 hours .
