Worst office I've ever dealt with the woman who works here who is in the photo is so incredibly rude and talks down to people who are coming here because they are in need. Even at the child support office they talk about this rude lady! When you come here be ready to be talked to like your stupid! I've been to this office going on five times in a seven day period. I can't tell you how many times I ask "is this EVERYTHING you need from me" and have to return the following day. Also another woman here was caught throwing away my application as I saw another employee pull it out of the trash from Friday on a Monday. I really can't believe how hard it is to get help. WE ARE NOT LAZY. some of us just need a tiny bit of help wether it be in between jobs a few weeks or we were injured or whatever the case may be. I truly feel that most people do NOT abuse the system but the system abuses them. I've had two nervous breakdowns in this office. That's not how it's suppose to be! I realize that mistakes are made and that is to be expected I did want to add that everyone else has been friendly and helpful including the women who accidentally threw out one of my papers....

Never got the card, and every time I called she either forgot to send it off or she couldn't find it and had to call me back when she found it. Which she never did. The absolute worse place I have ever been.

Unfortunately the woman I spoke with was horrible. She was so incredibly rude to me and never sent in my paperwork. She should NOT have this job if she hates people so much. It was like pulling teeth trying to even turn in my paperwork with her. I could tell she was being rude on purpose, too. Very disappointing, considering the older lady that works there is sweet as can be. She would do a much better job in my opinion.

If I could I would give a Negative Star rating. The Woman I spoke with on the on August 17, 2015 was really rude and She said She would personally make sure I received a Form and then She wanted to get all worked up because She didn't want to do it after She gave Her word. If I could I would have fired Her on the Spot for being Sarcastic and Rude. If She doesn't like Her job She should quit and find a job where She doesn't have to interact with the general public. I think She would make a great Janitor, Dish Washer, Trash Collector, Sanitation Department Worker or something like that. I would say Flipping Burgers at McDonald's, but I would be affraid of what She might do to the food.
