This is one of the few shoe stores at penn square mall where you can get good shoes. We visited on a pretty busy Sunday. We asked for a specific size and the gentleman told us that was PROBABLY the only pair they had (not our size) and he said he would check and make sure. So, we sit there waiting and realize this guy is just talking with a coworker. Never came back to let us know if they had it or not. Bad customer service. Regardless of if you’re business is busy or not, you should always acknowledge a customer. Easy fix.

Hardly any prices listed on the shoes. Waited 15 minutes before I got any help and there were only 2 other customers browsing in the store. Employees standing around chatting amongst themselves rather than checking to see if they could help any of the customers. Once I got an employee to help me couldn’t tell me the price of the shoe. “ I think they are $170” employee then asks another employee he says “I think they are $140”. 
Just horrible customer service. Another shoe store can have my business.

Austin James - definitely not racist lol. You probably had Toms on and they didn’t think you were a serious buyer. I’m also assuming you’re white. I’m white and I’ve always interacted with the workers and they’re very helpful. 

Have a decent selection from UBs, NMDs, Jordan’s, AF1s, lots more.

I Love Love Love this store the Staff in this store is AMAZING!!! You Guys are the best I had a Good time shopping there The Customer service and Hospitality is SUPERIOR!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE SO MUCH FUN!!!!

They told me a raffle was Wednesday but it was actually Tuesday so that’s a little disappointing but I’ll still shop here smh
