Went in today to do a return from online and the manager just did not want to deal with it and told me I had to ship it back to online...remind you it says returns can be done in store...so anyway called up the foot locker on Springfield ave and the manager Eric took care of me and did my return for me. Never again will I go back to that foot locker in East Orange!! I'm also a manager at a store and I always give my best customer service to take care of a customer!
