So, I spent $700 here to get to the checkout to have Krista and Brooke talk to each other the whole time while checking me out. I think it's very unprofessional, as someone in an Executive level position in retail, I would never legitimize that in any of my retail locations. I ask that Leadership please read this review and change the behaviors in the front end. It's the last person your guests see before they leave. Last impression is just as important as the first impression.

Athony (Wayne cashier) took my word for the sale price that was on the rack for the pair of life vests that they happened to be on. It clearly was a superior vest to the others on the same rack. So me and my girlfriend got our $80 onyx fishers LV for $40 with little resistance. I realize that they still made money because we also bought a pair of wet suits and waterpoof bag for retail but it makes you want to return, excellent way to do business Dick's.

I usually love coming here but the past few times i've had an awful experience, the works are some of the most unhelpful people I have ever met in my life. I also didn't appreciate when I was resold a Fitbit watch that was broken. The girl gave me a tapped box and reassured me nothing was wrong with it, and the minute I got home to charge it it wouldn't turn on. I've tried different outlets and everything. So rude of them to waste my time. i'll be returning my item when they open up again tmw and I won't be shopping here again. thanks for nothing.
