I'm not 100 percent sure why I still go to stores in 2016. I went to this store and ordered two pairs of shoes. They didn't have my size, so I was told they would be shipped to my house. This was last Saturday. I called on Wednesday because I still didn't get shipping info to my email. When I called the store, they told me they would get me over-night shipping because it hasn't even been shipped yet! I said okay no problem. The lady told me it would be at my house by Saturday because of holidays. It is now Saturday and NOTHING. I called the store and spoke to another lady. She was extremely rude and wouldn't help me at all. I've now been waiting on the phone with customer service for 40 minutes!!!!! Still haven't been able to speak with someone! Lesson learned, don't order ANYTHING from this crappy store.
