RUDE. i call looking for a jacket and offer to give the product number and the man says that i can just describe the jacket. once we realize that his specific store doesn't have it, i ask if he can check which other stores might have it and he tells me no, but if i come in with the product number, he can order it for me. im thinking, i just tried to give you the product number and you wouldn't take it, but if i come in you'll take it? i told him that I'll come in to the store and he just hangs up! I'm just going to order online and avoid dealing with someone like him!

This place is terrible they don’t have any off the shoes they say they do on the website. They should go out of business They are dirty liers.

this guy that I was talking to had started off nice, but then when I was speaking very  politely  and said thank you he just puts the phone down and hangs up. Wow what a rude person

If you want to shop shoes comfortably without an employee giving you an attitude just bc you want to check out another pair or shoes don't shop here... worst service and employees ... they definitely don't like their job And won't hesitate to show you...
