I've been using red wing boots for over ten years now, and Amanda has just about sold me every pair. She makes the experience easy, and is always very helpful.

Went in to buy boots had poor service, bought boots they were uncomfortable, went to exchange them for other boots, was given a coupon and they told me they wouldn't honor it. The boots are not worth the price the service is apalling and the company does not care about retaining customers.

The lady at the front desk seemed to be having a bad day, somewhat rude. I asked her to spray the boots with a coat of naturseal as well as add the toe guard $30.99. She didn’t seem to know what I was talking about at first until I pulled up the website and showed her redwing does a free coat of Naturseal. Next day I got to pickup boots and the same lady acts like she dosnt even know who I am. I got boots and she did a half ass job on the toe guard as well as didn’t even add the nature seal. When I call and ask her how come she didn’t she fights and argues with me and says she did it this morning. She’s lieing. Won’t be back there anymore.

I came to this store to buy my brother a nice pair of work boots for his birthday. The woman there on this day (a Sunday) was just the worst. I don’t think winning the lottery could have made this woman crack a hint of a smile. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but after reading past reviews for this store (yelp) it’s obvious she is just awful at customer service. She acted like helping us was a huge favor and kept taking all the shoes back before my brother could even decide if he did or didn’t want the shoes. I don’t understand how people who don’t like people have jobs like these. One star for the great shoes but the shopping experience will definitely guarantee a purchase from a different location in the future.
