Some employees nice some not I went there to get a jacket online and I looked to see if they had it in store with a employee and I was talking about the jacket I want and he's like there's this one 140$ that's nice for the winter bra serious and he could  stop talking about the 140$ jacket when I wanted the 90$ jacket and the 140$ jacket had 2 animals eating each other on the back and he asked me what's wrong with the back after I told he what was wrong with it. It's OK, some employees are cool but others have little patience. Overall would not come back probably. Clerks act like it's some great store in cali but nah

I work at Zumiez I recommend you come in and hang out, talk to us we're pretty cool maybe buy a few things it's a great place to be for all types of people

I don't want to rate this place badly as when I was 20 years old this place, it's service, and atmosphere of attitude would have been just my type of place. If you're over 30 just stay away. You won't get it any more.

Completely unprofessional. I understand you need to make your sales quota for the month and returns count against revenue. But to act like a child and ask me questions such as, "Why'd you buy it if you didn't want it?" and proceed to curse in front of a customer? You should be fired. Customers are entitled to return items. This is also being reported to Zumiez Corporate. This happened at 12/3/2016 in the afternoon.
