Wont even answer my call that's disgusting and u can say they were busy I called them thru several days almost every hour of the day u may say go there it's a very far drive and I'm trying to make sure when I get there I have what I want

I was suppose to get my money back after a transaction had failed because it only took out some of my money and not all of it to complete the transaction. So I asked the lady if I could just get my money back instead of paying for it and she said "No it only goes back as store credit" I told her that I didn't even buy the shoes but it took half of my money. So she did all of this paper work on her register and I had to sign the pad with my signature and everything. So she printed out a receipt and gave it to me and said "Here your money will be back on the card" my money NEVER came back on my card and she lied to me. She first said it was store credit, then she said it was on my card. She is a short Hispanic lady with a heavy accent and she was very rude because I wanted my money back for something I didn't even pay for.

The Footlocker was to refund our return in 2-3 days.  We called then and they said
5 days.  They left us with no money.  The weekend makes 5 days, Monday.  We wonder if Footlocker is a good business.  I won't buy stock in them.  They had the wrong place
for the marker for the Tampa, FL Footlocker.  I moved it to the right place, and they
didn't move it permanently.  What a let down.  The purchaser, returnee had to walk
