The manager Gee is as ghetto as they come.  He/she (not sure what it is) tells me to drive 15 miles for her to answer a question about shoes in person.  When I get there, she starts hiding in the back and only comes out to talk third party to another employee, as if I'm not even standing there.  She does not even greet me or try to help.   I cannot believe this is who Footaction wants to represent them.  Are there no decent, customer-friendly people looking for jobs in Tampa?

Will NEVER return. Got all way home to find out wrong shoes were rung up and put in bag, had go all way back. Then over $400 order to ship to home I contact them, they tell me I order 6.5 but definitely wear a 6. I don’t know where this clerk head was but if I didn’t heed my shoes I’ll return every last pair I bought from there that day.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! It will seem as if the item  you want is available, and that's what I did. They took the funds out of my bank account and then sent me an email saying the item was unavailable.  It is now day 5, and the funds still have NOT Been put back into my account. I ordered these shoes going on 2 weeks now. All for 1 pair of shoes for my 8 year old and I have to explain to him that the shoes aren't available and neither is my funds to get some new ones. Order from anywhere but from this place. What a process for NOTHING! Walmart online does a better job than this website (and having to use Walmart in comparison to Footaction service is pathetic in  itself but the truth) . TRASH!

This level of unprofessionalism is totally unacceptable- this woman needs to take a course in customer service. 
I was on Footaction's website trying to buy a pair of newly-released shoes. The website was having some issues, so I called the brick n mortar store located in University Mall. I got in touch with the General Manager of the store and this woman told me that she can't help me because she "doesn't buy her shoes online" and she told me I need to "contact my web browser" to get it fixed then proceeded to hang up on me. It's really shocking to me that a store with this low level of customer service is still in business.

The general ratchet manager told me that she doesnt buy shoes online so she couldnt help me with my issues about their website freezing. She was no help and honestly sounds like she graduated from an alternative school. Thanks for help you sorry piece of dirt store.
