It was decently busy in there but we were greeted right away. We were also able to browse without being harassed. When we were ready to start trying shoes on we were helped right away. People were nice, checkout was quick and was overall a great experience.

This store is a straight up joke. I tried exchanging something but didn't have my receipt and they refused to give me store credit on a gift card but I was allowed to go buy something with that same credit? Wtf? That makes no sense and they tried blaming it on the manager who wasn't present.

Didn't hold my shoes til 3 like how the website says it. They said the manager changed it to 12 but I got a call at 12:09. Bullshit
