Drove out of my way to try this store out because of the positive reviews. My experience with the associate I spoke with I can only liken to something on the scale of talking to a wall to talking to a wet towel. Poor customer service and ill-informed on policies. Management, you can do better!

Customer service is anything but lacking. Clean displays and was never pressured into anything. Great customer service!

I've been on Sprint for a few years now, my wife was on Verizon. We recently got married and decided to combine service which we were dreading. We went into the store and we're helped by the assistant manager Jonathan Garcia. He is very easy to work with, knows his stuff and is very competent, he is easily the best Sprint rep I have worked with. He helped us activate two new iPhones, change our billing information and transfer our old data to our new phones, the whole process did take a few hours, but honestly it wasn't a big deal because he is so easy to work with and chat to. Even though it did take a few hours, we were able to leave the store and walk to a Chipotle for dinner nearby, there's also a few other stores in the area like Cub and Walmart if you need to do any errands. I highly recommend this location, it is small and tucked away, but everyone at the store is friendly and helpful without being imposing or forceful with their sales tactics.

Steven is the best!! Been going to the same sprint store for years since like..forever! The customer service it always great here and staff Are very welcoming and always on point. Kendal the manager is super smart he can do that whole cube thing with getting all the colors on one side. Very impersssive 😏
