Had an outstanding experience all around with this office. The office is clean and the people are competent and welcoming. I was in and out quickly. Carly was the sweetest! I had my two little ones with me too and everyone was understanding of my pokey little ones. Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this office!

Wouldn't recommend. Gave info to the tech and when the doctor (melody) came in, she wasn't aware of anything we discussed. Very quick consultation that was unfulfilling & unable to root cause issues. Lastly, gave prescription I wasn't eligible for with insurance & kept leaving messages to try to communicate but poor response on their side. Overall, Seems too big a business to make you feel personalized.

I was seeing Dr. Dishler for a long time, but they told me she doesn't take Aetna anymore. I liked Dr Dishler she was great. Last time I had to see Carly and felt rushed.

I waited for an hour to see Melody. She spent about 5 minutes tops with me. The gown was stained. They emptied the trash while I was in there in the gown! I was the last customer for the evening and felt extremely uncomfortable and rushed. If there wasn't enough time, why not call and reschedule. They had no problem collecting my copay.  I wasn't given the prescriptions she said she would write; they forgot.  I didn't follow up after the fact. I will seek another dermatologist. Maybe it was just a bad day, but very unprofessional!

I've always had a pleasant experience at Dr. Harkaway's office. The staff is extremely pleasant. I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Melody (one of the physician assistant) is. She truly takes her time and recommends the best possible for solution for any skin issue I've had. It was easy to get in touch with her. I really felt comfortable during all of my visits. Thank you, Melody!! You're the best!
