My car was registering "low tire pressure". I am a senior citizen and could not do it on my own . I went to Ford of Englewood and they took care of my problem immediately. Everyone with whom I came in contact, was helpful and kind. I am sorry I do not know the name of the serviceman who saw me initially, however, I did see Tom , the Service Manager who saw me when the car was finished, was also very pleasant . The wait was not long for a walk in. I highly recommend this facility. Grace Madell

Replaced the clutch on my 2015 Ford Focus SE Hatchback under an extended power-train warranty. There is no longer an forward shuttering or chattering sounds coming from the transmission, but reverse has developed a shutter. Probably the best this transmission will ever be able to do, but probably at no fault to Ford of Englewood and instead to engineering shortcuts. The reason I am giving three stars is do to two things. First, they took longer to fix the car than they originally told me. Not a big deal, but it's important to consider all aspects of the repair process. The thing that really irritated me was the service representative calling me up with a laundry list of repairs beyond the transmission fix. I got a call on the last day where they told me I needed a new battery, two new tires (said my tread was low), new front brake pads, new front brake roters, and an oil change. I couldn't believe it. I almost wanted to ask if the guy had the right car, but I knew he did because we had already talked on the phone a few times prior. I had literally put new tires and pads on 6 months prior. I just did my oil change myself with synthetic oil. The battery and brake rotors were also fine. I explained to the representative that I always take care of these types of repairs myself. I could definitely tell he was disappointed that I said no to all these unnecessary repairs. Moral of the story is, had I been uneducated in automobiles or not aware of the condition of my car, I might have said yes to all these things. The biggest shockers were really the tires and the battery. I couldn't believe they would try to dupe me like that. It's really unfortunate they tried to do this to me because it could have been a good rating here and lots of word of mouth recommendations.
