Purchased a 2013 G37x. NOT disappointed at all! This car is a beast @ 328hp. Trying to get a hold of my reps was sometimes a hassle but overall great experience. Would definitely consider purchasing from them again. Thank you Craig and Cyrus.

Jorge Batista at Infiniti of Englewood helped me purchase my first vehicle. It was an Infiniti Q50S Hybrid Sport. He was extremely professional, informative, and honest. What makes Jorge Batista an effective salesman is that he has a surplus of knowledge of the vehicle's specifications, features, packages and store policies. Not only that, he is also very friendly and has great interpersonal skills as he knows how to speak and treat a customer with care. He never rushed or pressured me into doing anything. Moreover, he answered all of my questions to the best of his ability, and if he didn't know something, he still went out his way to get me an answer. From the phone calls, to setting up an appointment to see the vehicle in person, and actually purchasing the vehicle, he made the whole process simple and smooth. I had no problems with Jorge Batista and I highly recommend him to others who are in search of great vehicles. Jorge Batista made my overall experience of purchasing my first vehicle an enjoyable and unforgettable one.

I have read a ton of reviews about the dealership and see a lot of negative stuff about Santiago. I guess I got lucky that I did not have to deal with him, because Jorge Batista (who is an absolutely gem) got me really good deal on the QX50. So, if you live close to the Englewood dealership, then Jorge Batista is your go-to person. My entire process of negotiation was hassle-free, painless and more importantly respectful. I would certainly recommend Jorge Batista !! Thanks again, Jorge 👍

Nobody really enjoys bringing in a car for service but I must say Carlos and his team at Infiniti of Englewood actually make it an enjoyable experience! Everyone is courteous from the person who checks in your car to the person at the reception desk to the advisor etc. Prices are fair and promises are kept.....amazing! Thank you Carlos!
