I have more than 15 year - experience of leasing car and recently I leased a new car from Lexus for my wife with Chris Lee. And...wow, I was so impressed by his work! I researched a lot and knew exactly what I wanted then called Chris to ask what I need (model, price etc). And...what he did for me is beyond my expectations! He prepared everything when I visited there and offered even better deal than I targeted! So all I did is just to sign the lease and took the car. It's simple and no stress at all. He's very responsible, sincere and trustful. Please find CHRIS LEE ! I bet you will get the great deal! Thank you Chris!

I am a Lexus guy. I own an older IS 300. I love that car. But it is old now and I have been thinking real hard about getting the new IS 300 F. However it doesn't come with manual transmission so I am really not too crazy at a sports sedan that has an automatic transmission. Nothing is better then when I hit the gears and taking off in my little red Lexus. Today I went in to look again and talk myself out of buying it holding out hope Lexus will come to their senses and bring back a 6 speed. The salesman Nenad made it real hard for me to go home without walking out with a new IS. He didn't push me hard but he was helpful and friendly. He made the effort to come and help me and when I am ready to give up on my dream of a 6 speed IS I will definitely be buying from him. Great brand and great salesman. I will definitely being doing business with them soon.

Bin few months now still enjoying my Lexus RX350 as my first day, Had a pleasure working with Sales Person Nenad. It was such a refreshing experience dealing with him can't thank him enough, very honest and straight forward gentleman.

I traded my GLA250 with IS 350. It's been nearly 2 months now and they still didn't payoff my loan. I called GM, Sales, Finance manger, accounting person and left numerous messages and never responded me back. Never recommended to anyone and stay away. After they sell car to you and they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with, and I'm typically a tough customer. These folks exemplify Luxury, service, and relationship building, something we all know is rare these days. Ask for Sales man John Lee, and is manager Eric, they were fantastic, and worked with us until we had more car than we wanted, for less than we planned to pay! You don't have to believe me but we now have a fully loaded RX 350 for what we planned to pay for a base model. These two rock!! Now for the cherry on the top, the service... Forget all the awesome amenities they normally give away, it was the fact that they went far beyond what I expected, in respect to customer service, that really sold me on making the deal as early on as I did. Heck, I missed lunch with my wife, was starving waiting for paperwork, and a fantastic soul named Simone not only offered me a snack, but brought me a monster turkey sub and chips, from the company kitchen! I was totally shocked! I've had a number of luxury cars, from Mercedes to Audi, they don't even compare in service and experience. I expected maybe a bagel max, like at the service center, but this was a whale in comparison. She fed me, I was sold! Toni the finance manager was a blast and super helpful in making sure we were all set on our way out, I really enjoyed the conversation and laughs! Bottom line, all dealerships offer the same deal, don't judge by that alone it makes no sense, so for me it's all about the service, and how well treat me and my family, and this place set the standard high. They can write a God damn book on how to treat a customer right. Best Experience ever!
