I believe that Ford of Orange is doing their best to satisfy in customer service. I have seen a drastic difference in the service center for the best. I like that they try to accommodate you effectively when waiting for your car to be complete on same day issue. I am confident and comfortable to take my vehicle to this dealership. I will give them my repeat business and recommend them to other Ford owners in my area. Thank You

All staff members are exceptional in customer service. The Service Expert, Sara is the most knowledgeable representative I have ever encountered. The overall experience amazing.
Summary: Quick and accurate service on a busy day is the usual occurrence. On a scale of 1 to 10 I rate this location at 20 because everyone performs above and beyond the call of duty and it is very clean with complimentary snacks and beverages in the spacious waiting area.

Buyer beware! This dealership did a few things I would like people to be aware of if you chose to go there:

1. They knowingly sold us a brand new car that didn’t have an operating horn
2. They failed to disclose they had installed an additional alarm and hid the $400 line item from us. 
3. When my wife returned to have the horn enabled, they said they couldn’t do it because the Alarm guy (not an actual dealership employee) had to do that when he re-enabled the alarm (that we didn’t want)
4. They never disclosed the lending institution and made it appear that we would finance through Ford Motor Credit. After signing all paper work, they asked if we’d like our loan with Chase or BOA. I was LIVID.

Ford of Orange, you have all of my contact info.  My full name is in this review. You chose to not contact me or follow up after the sale. Now you comment on here and ask for me to contact you. Please show some initiative/customer service before I escalate this with Ford Corporate.

Edit #2 (1/17/18):
I was contacted by the salesman that facilitated the sale of our car on 1/13 and I received the following voicemail: "I was just notified by my boss that something was missing on your vehicle, or whatever...". I called back on 1/15, 1/16 and 1/17 and was told each time that the salesman would contact me. I have yet to receive a call. I'll continue to document these interactions in a factually accurate manner until there is a resolution.

Edit #3 (1/23/18)
I was contacted by the salesman on 1/18. They were quick to agree to remove the alarm and refund our money. I perceived this to be more of an admission of guilt rather than good customer service. Had there been more of a professional resolution and assurance that they will discontinue this practice, I would have removed this post. I am not confident they will do so, so the post will remain as a warning for anyone choosing to do business with this dealership.

UPDATE: after all that waiting! They cracked my windshield.👎🏻👎🏻

They are not honest! This is the last time I will go there for a maintenance service. They said the car service will finish in the same day. After that, they said we are not able to finish it today. I said OKAY! Tomorrow is fine. However, they said no we cannot finish it we need other day!! From 2-3hrs to 3-4days WOW! Late late late

My car is always ready on-time. The service guys are always nice. Car maintenance is never fun but I always confident that they service my car correctly plus it's always nice and clean when I pick it up.
