Awesome Experience! Salesman Gus Lopez, Manager John Morgan and Marvin in Finance are the best!! They did everything possible to get us into our new 2500 Denali.... Recommend Hardin GMC to everyone! This is our second purchase at the facility!!

I would give them zero starts if I could.  I bought a gmc terrain 2012 here about 5 months ago.  Worst mistake of my life.  The car is a total lemon.  It's been in there maitnance department a total of 7 times since my purchase.  The last time i took it in was on a tow truck due to a blown engine.  The engine did get replace,  but they used a recycled engine that came from a wrenching yard.  As soon as a got the car back from them with the engine they replaced,  check engine came on NEXT DAY  and had to taKE it in again for "spark plugs."  The service manager was a complete jerk to me and basicly blamed me for purcasing a used vehicle.  He also would not give me any paperwork saying that he will "mail" the paperwork to me but a month later nothing.  There was only one person that help me out which was jesse,  but manager just tryed to cover there tracks and leave no paper trail. They refused to help me with trade in and made me go though the buy back process with gm as recommended by Hardin gmc,  just for gm to tell me 3 months later that they can do anything for me.  This dealership will help you 0 once you drive a car off the lot.  Did not know they sold lemons.  Now stuck with a 15,0000$$ lemon with no help from them.  Yes I will review on every web site to warn everyone DO NOT BUY HERE!!

Thank you Gus and the whole team! My wife and I were in the market for a truck and have been shopping around on the internet and visiting dealers around our area. My wife wanted to see what the dark slate gray color looked like and Hardin had a long bed version in stock so we went by to look. Gus approached as we were walking towards the truck and offered to get the keys so he could pull it out of the parking spot for a better view. We liked the way it looked but told Gus we were interested in the standard bed version, so Gus asked if we wanted to drive over to the storage lot to look at the other trucks with the shorter wheel base. I took him up on the offer and we drove over in the truck and we loved the ride and performance of the truck. We wanted the gray color so Gus checked and said that the version we wanted was going to be delivered any day and would call us. Two days later Gus called and we came down to look at the truck. It was everything we wanted. We went on a test drive and was ready to make a deal. Met John the GSM and was greeted like we were welcome by every employee there. Great environment! Ended up with a great deal (better than any other we had already looked at at other dealers) and got more truck for the money, too! Awesome customer service and we love our new truck! Turns out we should have just gone to them first. Thank you Gus, John and Garrett. Oh thank you Bill for the great conversation and offering to make us coffee, great customer service and you all made this a fun experience.
