I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. I have rented cars twice from them and my family has numerous times. Absolutely zero problem. Affordable, reliable, and easy.

This is the worst rentals in Erie. We booked a van month ago but at the last hour they called us saying the van is not available. Such an irresponsible and unfair deal from ford.

I HATED this place. they played off the nice routine very well, until we actually bought our car. We have put over $1000 into the car (with $2000 more to go). we tried to report these the day after we bought the car, but NOBODY would return our phone call!!! I tried for 3 days!!! When they finally returned my call, they told me too much time had passed, and it could all just be "wear and tear" (meaning MY fault) and they couldn't help me! We are now looking for a second vehicle, but we sure as HELL will never look here again!
