I had a pleasant and easy experience with Forest City Roofing. Right from the quick response to the finished product. I was kept in the loop regarding the timeline. There were no surprises or extra costs. The job was done well and the cleanup was excellent. 
I am very satisfied with the whole process.

I have used FC Roofing numerous times for both windows and roofing. I stopped even getting multiple quotes. I just call them and they get it done quickly and reliably.  I notice all the one star reviews have nothing to do with actual roofing. Driving complaints, not doing patches (which are hard to warranty and are more headache than they're worth, no doubt), phone issues etc. That aside, all the work they've done for me has been top quality.

I was in an extremely huge time crunch to get a quote on my roof as I am selling my home. I had contacted 4 companies and Forest City was the fastest response I had as well as the most efficient prices (two of the companies didn't provide me with a quote as they assumed it looked "fine") Ralph was honest and very helpful, as I needed to know everything. The customer service was excellent, everyone I had spoken to was polite and understanded my urgency in receiving a written quote as well as addressed all of my questions. Half of the other roofing companies failed to even call me back after saying they would. Needless to say, I know exactly who I will be contacting if ever needed again in the future!

Awesome job.  I dealt with Ian to start.  I requested a contact through the website at 2am.  The next day was an email from him.  Everything in the contract was accurate, detailed and carried out.  My wife was home when they arrived promptly at 9am.  By the time I got home from work 3:15PM, the final touches were being done.  Roof looks great, everytime I called or emailed, i was given professional service.  And believe me, i had lots of questions.  Would definitely promptly their business.  In fact, one of my employees is looking for windows.

I appreciated the work FCR did for me.  They stuck to their initial estimate, did the work in a timely fashion, and were polite and easy to deal with throughout the process.  I would recommend them.  Note that all of the three negative reviews below are from people who did not have work done for them by this company.  Two actually complain about not being able to have their roof done by them, and one complains about how someone in one of their vehicles was driving.  These are not reviews of their work.  I found their work to be well done and professional.
