Loved my experience with AM Roofing. From beginning to end they were nothing but professional and made sure the job was done right. Their sales consultant, Kevin, gave me a lot of information to help me make informed decisions and feel at ease knowing that their products are truly top of the line. Now I can relax knowing I have one less thing to worry about!

Contacted A&M for Windows and Doors estimate. Easily set up an appointment for a rep (Kevin) to come out to take measurements and talk about options. Upon arrival, Kevin asked what the intent was (moving in, flipping, etc) and about a budget. Without flinching after I gave him the estimated budget, he says "we'll be more than that. I don't think we can do this job". Interesting that a "sales rep" would take himself out of the running, especially after being told we're estimating and the budget is workable. After instructing Kevin to actually take measurements so that it wasn't a complete waste of time for either of us, Kevin actually took information and was to send pricing and options for the windows and doors that might work for the project. I got an email with nothing attached, responded to Kevin that I'd like the information, and never heard anything from him again. VERY disappointed in the experience, especially since A&M is expanding from the roofing business and wants to get into windows and doors, and "the owner is willing to work with people to give a deal, and I'm sure he'll work with you on pricing so that he can build up a great reputation". Well, needless to say, we went elsewhere since getting a quote was this hard a situation to even deal with. I feel bad for the ownership that this is the representation that was sent out to us, but I do not recommend A&M at all for their windows/doors.

Sales rep was very thorough in his inspection.  Really put an emphasis on the meticulous cleanup.  We found that they were not meticulous at all.  We sent them photos of our front garden having shingles scattered on the ground and in the trees as well as the underlay hanging from our bushes.  We did not hear back.  It has been 2 weeks since the roof was complete.  The overall job of the roof was good, but the front office and cleanup was below satisfactory considering the amount paid for the install.

Here is a summary of my experience with AM Roofing so far. 

I initially booked an estimate in the Spring of 2017 for a Sunday at 10 am. My appointment time came and went. Approximately 30 min after the appointment , I received a phone call from the sales rep who sounded like he just woke up, asking if we could reschedule. I declined rescheduling with this particular individual. 

I called AM Roofing to schedule another estimate and I requested a different sales rep. The gentlemen (Kevin) that I ended up meeting with was very good. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and generous with his time. Kevin addressed all of my questions and provided an excellent presentation highlighting the quality of products and installation that AM Roofing apparently offers. 

I decided to sign a contract with AM roofing on August 15, 2017. The estimated install time was 7 - 8 weeks. Prior to the 7 week estimated start time I called AM Roofing's London office. I inquired about my contract and asked if they had a rough estimate as to when the work might be scheduled.  I was told that they would call me back by the end of the day with an answer for me. They did not call. The next day I called back and the person I spoke to seemed confused and was unable to locate my paperwork for some time. After they found my paperwork I was told that I would be called the Friday prior to the work being scheduled. 

Eight weeks has now passed since I signed the contract and nobody from AM Roofing has called me to to schedule the work or give me an update.

My expectation is that if it is not possible to have the work scheduled in the timeframe cited on the contract that someone from AM Roofing would call me and give me an updated timeframe. So far, the impression I have from AM Roofing is that parts of their business are unorganized.
