I moved into Forest Glen about a month ago. I found the staff to be very helpful with my move, given I am new to the area. I like my unit  lots of space in the living room, I wasn't sure my furniture would fit but everything fits nicely.  Maintenance responds very quickly when I need them. Over all like it here very much.

I just signed my lease for another 12 months. I can't express how much I love it here at Forest Glen Apartments. The office staff is so helpful with anything I need. As well as the maintenance staff. If you are looking to move into a safe and friendly environment this is the place for you!

Ive been here for a few years now, and its gone down hill verry fast. Little to no maintenance, washers and dryers are always broken and plumbing is a nightmare, and despite rent being raised every year they did not have the funds to open the pool this year. loud neighbors/kids, the town pool is packed with screaming kids all summer long and the warehouses behind the complex have trucks running at 2 in the morning. Breed restrictions for certain tenants dogs but not others. Management is rude, arrogant, and plays favorites with certain tenants. The buildings foundations and balconies are literally crumbling under your feet as you walk on them. A few of my neighbors have had issues with bedbugs and rodents that come from the surrounding units. The local police department writes tickes on cars in the private lot illegally. If you plan on moving into this complex be prepared for 50+ dollar electric bills due to the out dated appliances. This has been the worst experience as a tenant, and plan to be out very soon

If I could give them no stars, I would. In the beginning of course everything was fine they fixed our maintenance issues promptly and orderly and were polite. Going on to the 2nd year living here things have gone down hill. The swimming pool that's suppose to be an "amenity" has yet to be filled and no information on when it will be. And on top of it the only time I will use it is when it was FIRST filled because have I seen one of the like two maintenance men cleaning the pool? No. Then to go on and say the gentleman and woman in the leasing office have serious attitude problems. We are tenants and deserve to be heard without incident every time. I shouldn't have dirty pampers in the laundry or can't even walk my puppy in front of my building with out stepping in dog waste myself or my dog trying to eat it. This place needs to take the advice of some of the recent places I've been searching for because of my plan to move and GET NEW  MANAGEMENT!
