I recently purchased a used bicycle here and got a really good deal. Their customer service is very good, not surprisingly, it's been a family owned business for over 40 years, and now have the 3rd generation working there. Overall this is a great local bicycle shop for families or an individual to purchase a bike. They also have a good line of accessories,  and a repair/service center.

They are AMAZING! I've been taking both my mountain bike and road bike to them for the past 8 years and they have been nothing but wonderful at fixing, tuning up, and even NOT charging me at times for little fixes on the spot. And, yes, I ride a ton! When I took my 1994 mountain bike to them for a tune up after years of riding they only charged me $25 because they said it was in such mint condition they didn't feel they could charge me for a full tune up! Don't go anywhere else y'all! Honesty and integrity here!

Don't inconvenience the bike repair guy in the corner while he's playing games on the PC.  I came in to have a tube put in my son's tire and was told we'd have to wait 5 days to get it done!  Despite no other customers being in the store.  Was also told there was also a fee of $15 for them to do the work, when the sign behind him clearly said $10 for tube installations.

Always great service, better than the "Big Box" retailers throughout the Twin Cities.  Experienced, impassioned staff.
