I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff here. They are always very friendly, helpful, not pretentious, and never make you feel dumb. They do great work at a very reasonable price. We have brought all kinds of bikes here and they always go above and beyond for us. If you are looking for a simple tune up, or something more complex, this is the place.

These people are the best! Their customer service is nothing like I've experienced at other bike shops, and they are friendly to boot. Brought in my winter beater, which has an iffy lower bracket, and they spent the better side of a week trying to track a rare part down for it (Thanks Dave!). Great service that won't cost you an arm and a leg. After trying a few LBSs around the Twin Cities, these guys are now my go to! Thank you all the poor mechanics who had to work on my bike. I'll try to keep better care of it this year (we'll see :) )

Really helpful with choosing a bike and letting me test drive a couple, but didn’t pressure me to buy anything. I left empty handed but ended up coming back to buy the same bike after weighing my options, and deciding Erik’s indeed had the best deal.

I had the best experience possible with a bike tune up by this Erik's location. My bike is feeling brand new and shifts like a dream. Thank you to the mechanics and Assistant Manager Peter for being of such great help!

Thank you, Garret, Joe and Dave for making my anxiety go way down when it comes to getting everything I need for biking season my 10 year old son.  Thank you for the amazing and kind customer service that I continue to receive each and every time I come there.  Today, was no different.  I came in to have my bike checked for seat height, have the cat eye checked out and help showing me how to put my bike rack on my car.  AMAZING!!!   I love that I came come into a bike store and not feel intimated as I am not in the shape I was 20 years ago when I started biking but you guys show that a person can  be compassionate no mater what size and/or shape you are in.  Thank you so much for making trips to the bike store fun and not stressful.  Please keep up the human touch, you guys are amazing!   Thank you so much!
